I Don't Believe It!!!
Hey guys! I have got some outrageous news! At least, it's outrageous for me. I was looking at my brother's blog (With his fancy-schmancy 21 comments!) and I saw that a great guy that i met at soccer, Matt, actually said that Luke and I, the Amish Homeschoolers, were cool!!! I couldn't believe it! Someone actually said that we were cool! I mean, I have a hard enough time getting people to notice that i exist! I had never dreamed that someone would say that my brother and i were cool! Now, i could understand someone saying that about Luke. He's awesome. He can play soccer, guitar, video games, paintball (and never get hit!), and a lot of other things. But I never expected anyone to say that about me. I guess you can tell that that made my day, week, month, year, life! And i forgot to mention one other thing. Last week, Luke and I saw National Treasure!!! That is one heck of a GOOD MOVIE! And I also saw the cartoon mini-series, STAR WARS: Clone Wars! That was great too. Well, i guess that is about all that I have to say, so I'll see all of y'all later!

It's tough being the younger one isn't it? Always living in Luke's shadow...don't worry about Luke being better at soccer, guitar, video games, etc...He CHEATS!!! ha ha,,,just kidding. I have always thought you were at least "HALF" cool! You're cooler than an ice cube. You're cooler than a shade in the summertime. Well, enough of that...
Suppose I will talk to you later, maybe, if you're not TOO cool for me now.

Don't always think you live in Luke's shadow. Others notice you more than you think. Also, when someone makes fun of you to your face or behind your back, Luke normally sticks up for you. Yeah, he doesn't sometimes, but we all make mistakes.
We all realize how good you are at the various activities you participate in, even if you don't think so. The things you mentioned that he's good at, you're just as good at them as he is, even better at some things. Take soccer for example. Ask most anyone, including him, and they will agree with me, you are better than he is. Hands down. He's a decent player, and he'll admit that. However, you're better!
And, just for your information, being the oldest is no walk in the park. I know from personal experience! He has to deal with a lot of things you take for granted, don't think about, or don't know about. He has a lot on him a lot of the time.
Keep your chin up and talk to him if you need to. He's there when no one else is!
